my husband & I visited South Shore Laser for the first time for him to get nose hair removed. We were very impressed with how nice this facility is. We were given paperwork to complete about health history, medications, etc. This hinted at how classy South Shore Laser is because they really do care about the procedure and any contraindications, such as antibiotics, that could potentially cause a photo-sensitivity reaction. Michele was very warm & welcoming when we entered the procedure room. We were right at ease as she answered our questions regarding the 3 stages of hair growth as well as exactly where my husband wanted the hair removed from, that is, inside the nose, below the nose, or both. We happily chose both! Now, 12 days later, my husband is still hair free & we are extremely happy with the results. It was just what we were looking for!

The owner Michael was very nice and resolved any questions or concerns I have had. The technicians are very knowledgeable, thorough and take pride in their work. the facility is clean. The wait time is minimal if at all. I have been a return customer for over 2 years and highly recommend this business. I have recommended several of my friends and they are all happy.
